We provide free, confidential, impartial, independent expert advice and casework on welfare benefits and tax credits to residents of Luton and the surrounding area.
In 2013 we formed a partnership with Citizens Advice Luton, Luton Law Centre, Luton Irish Forum and Luton Council called Luton Access. Partners worked together to reconfigure the way advice services are delivered in Luton and streamline the customer journey, the most noticeable aspect of Luton Access was the co-location of advice services into Community House located on New Bedford Road.

Mediation is free of charge if you are eligible for Legal Aid, otherwise there is a cost for the service. If you are not eligible for Legal Aid you will find our charges are very competitive compared to other solicitors and organisations providing Mediation.
If you are in dispute with your ex, or are having difficulties settling your separation, you may be thinking about court proceedings. Before an application can be made to court, you are required to attend a Mediation Information Assessment Meeting, or ‘MIAM’ for short.
